Delta, an experienced ServiceNow partner providing implementation and integration services for ServiceNow’s Cloud-based products, is excited to be able to respond to our ServiceNow customers’ requests to offer annual ServiceNow support contracts with the ability to use support hours as needed.
SupportNow hours can be used for minor enhancements, customizations and configurations without the customer having to develop that expertise in-house or contract full-time external resources for issues that may only take a few hours a month to address. Clients can use the ServiceNow support hours as needed throughout the year.
