TeamVisibility Appoints Michael DeVito to Advisory Board
Potomac, MD (PRWEB) February 20, 2014 -- TeamVisibility, a performance improvement management platform, has appointed Michael DeVito to their Advisory Board. As former Executive VP of the Global Solutions Business Unit for NTT (the largest global unit of NTT Communications), DeVito led the business unit’s operations across North America. After joining NTT in 2011, he oversaw the transformation of the Global Solutions Business Unit into a world class IT integrator, leading the business to significant gains in revenue growth and operating performance.
TeamVisibility CEO Carmen Facciobene is excited about bringing DeVito’s background in global sales and marketing to the advisory board: “Mike has been involved in growing businesses and sales teams across the globe. He’s worked on successful projects in over 30 countries, so he understands the problems TeamVisibility is targeting: performance management for the contemporary sales force, which must constantly improve to keep up with the rapid pace of today’s connected businesses.”
Prior to NTT, DeVito served as an executive for BT Global Services, an $11 billion dollar provider of international IT outsourcing. He was also an executive with Equant, a global IT integrator, where he led the expansion of Equant’s market share and oversaw their largest North American region. DeVito began his career at MCI International, where he spent a decade in sales and marketing leadership roles.
Devito will be the fifth member of TeamVisibility’s Advisory Board. He joins Gary Milwit, SVP of Sales at Stone Street Capital, Steve Richard and David Stillman, co-founders of Vorsight, and Tom Snyder, Chairman of Business Performance Partners and author of McGraw Hill best sellers, Escaping the Price Driven Sale and Selling In a New Market Space.
DeVito reports that he’s equally as thrilled to be joining TeamVisibility’s board of advisors: “Over the course of my career, I’ve helped organizations grow from national to global operations, and I know the challenges that sales managers face as their number of reports increases and their available time decreases. It’s important to arm sales managers with the right tools so they can make sure their team’s performance doesn’t suffer as they expand. I wish I had had TeamVisibility back then, so I’m looking forward to working with other thought leaders in the sales performance improvement space to make this product even better in 2014.”
