Over $750 million of Federal Procurements Supported

Federal Teaming Partners, LLC announced today that the company helped their small business clients track and respond to over $750 million in Request For Proposals (RFPs) within the Federal Government during 2013. Federal Teaming Partners support of small Federal Government clients ranged from full business development support to specific assistance in Capture and Proposal Management.

Federal Teaming Partners Business Development Consulting Support Services extended from Information Technology to Construction to General Administration and Business Management related RFPs. The opportunities supported by Federal Teaming Partners, with their small business clients, included Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) task-order contracts, Blanket-Purchase Agreements (BPAs), as well as direct award contracts in all areas of the Federal Government.

“Our clients were off to a fast start in the first three quarters of 2013,” said Mike Proper founder of Federal Teaming Partners, “but the last quarter was slower due to the Federal Government shutdown and the holiday season. Now in mid-February 2014, it looks like we are slowly picking up the pace.”

“With the reduction in the Federal Government budget and more competition, it makes sense for small businesses to keep their overhead rates as low as possible,” said Proper. “To do that, Business Development staff augmentation and outsourcing makes perfect sense.”

“We are looking forward to another exciting year in 2014 as we watch our clients continue to grow and succeed in the Federal Government contracting market,” he added.
