Deltek, the leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions for government contractors and professional services firms, announced that it has appointed Brian Daniell as the new Senior Vice President of its global Customer Care organization.
Brian will leverage his 20 years of experience with Deltek in his new role as Senior Vice President of Customer Care. In this role, Brian will be responsible for all of Deltek's customer support and training operations, including leading the company's global customer care and customer success strategy, deepening customer relationships, guiding the expansion of the company's portfolio of services and managing a global customer support staff of over 300. Prior to this appointment, Brian was Deltek’s Vice President of Customer Care Operations, where he managed the company’s overall customer support efforts which included all aspects of support delivery and maintenance.
Brian’s career started at Harper and Shuman where he worked his way up from support analyst to become the Senior Director of Client Services. As Senior Director, he established a multi-faceted, global customer support organization that was a recognized service and support industry leader. Harper and Shuman was then acquired by Deltek in 1998 and as part of Deltek, Brian continued to take on larger and more strategic roles.
