Klink Coming to Stone Creek Builders as Construction Manager

Stone Creek Builders is pleased to announce the addition of David Klink as the company's new Construction Manager. Company officials stated they were "happy" to have someone with Klink's skill become part of the business and lend his expertise to the supervision of new and ongoing projects.

Klink has more than 15 years in the construction industry. Most recently, he worked for ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Windsor and Hamilton, N.J. While there, he supervised the installation of automatic doors at a number of locations, including national businesses like Target, Rite Aid, and Staples and Healthcare Facilities like Southern Ocean Medical Hospital and Robert Wood Johnson hospital. Klink's role was to oversee many of the steps in the installation process, from working closely with the sales team, conducting pre-construction meetings on site, and delegating tasks to developing best practices and tools for each project.

A graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan University in Buckhannon, W.Va., Klink entered the workforce with a bachelor's degree in business with a specialization in marketing and a minor in physical education. This gave him a start to build a work history that would span more than a decade, Klink has held supervisory roles at American Pool Enterprises, Inc. in Edison, N.J.; GJC Associates, Inc., in Red Bank, N.J.; Josko Construction, LLC, in Tinton Falls, N.J.; at Hirschfeld Properties, LLC, in Cherry Hill, N.J.; and Ryan Homes/NVR, Inc., in Wall, N.J.

Klink also has experience as a business owner. For almost seven years, Klink was also the owner and contractor for DCK Construction in Toms River, N.J. As a business owner, he conducted each stage of construction for his clients, developed a marketing plan, and managed projects from sunrooms, decks and replacement windows to constructing high end homes in Lavallette, N.J.

This experience will be put to use in Klink's new role with Stone Creek Builders. He will be going to all of the company's job sites and managing all the field staff and subcontractors. This will give him special insight to the day-to-day operations of every Stone Creek Builders' project and better allow him to handle all the supervision, organization and communication, scheduling, planning and estimating for the business.
