Outer Banks, NC (PRWEB) February 21, 2014
Elizabeth is a Hatteras Island resident and brings over seven years of experience to her position. In her new role with the company, Elizabeth, a licensed NC Real Estate Broker, will work with Hatteras Island homeowners to maximize their rental income potential. She will also consult with prospective Sun Realty homeowners on the benefits of Sun's Advantage Property Management program. Her promotion brings her back to Hatteras Island full time.
“Hatteras Island is my home and I look forward to contributing to our current success on Hatteras Island and our Property Management Program,” stated Enrique.
Elizabeth was raised in Minnesota and moved to the island in the fall of 2006 where she started her career with Sun Realty in 2007 in the Salvo Rental office. She most recently served as the Assistant Rental Manager for their busy Kill Devil Hills office, where she gained valuable insight into the changing vacation rental market.
Elizabeth will work with homeowners from Salvo to Hatteras Village. She joins Bonnie Rowe, Sun's Avon Rental Manager, and Emmett Storey, Salvo Rental Manager, who have over 30 years of combined experience in the Hatteras Island real estate industry.
"Elizabeth is knowledgeable and well-informed about the dynamic Outer Banks rental market. She is enthusiastic and understands how to help homeowners maximize their rental assets. She's assertive and goal oriented and dedicated to our homeowners' success. She earned this promotion," says Ali Breaux, Sun Realty President.
