Datto Partners can utilize the newest ConnectWise integration to handle off-site overage billing. The improved function gives MSPs the ability to manage and pass on any additional cloud costs directly to their clients, while staying abreast of potential client storage overages each month.
The new functionality is optional. Partners can continue to use the existing integration, which provides device and agent alerts to their ConnectWise account.
