The Selling YOU! training and coaching program provides flexibility on when and how clients receive coaching.

The consultants with the Business Growth Experience (BGE) introduce a new sales coaching and training program designed with greater flexibility for business owners. The program allows the client to decide how and when they will receive training. According to BGE founder Ron Finklestein, this has always been a sticking point when sales professional are shopping for coach.

“We created this product so clients could avoid long-term contracts, hours of useless training and money being wasted,” said Finklestein. “It’s ideal for the small business owner or sales professional who is responsible for growing sales, but needs more freedom to determine when and how they receive coaching and training.”

Finklestein touts a number of benefits to the Selling YOU! product, including no long-term commitments and a proprietary assessment called Sales Effectiveness 360.

“Businesses are constantly changing and so is the schedule of the business owner,” said Finklestein. “Our coaches can move as fast or as slow as time provides.”

BGE client Dave Murrell of YES Electric, Inc. says it’s not unusual to see a major increase in sales.

“It’s worth 10 times the investment when you implement what you learn,” said Murrell

Finklestein also stresses the goal-setting component, and the company’s proven methodology that’s been documented in six different business books.
