An expert in joint-venture title insurance, Title Alliance had a successful showing at this year’s Keller Williams Family Reunion Convention, a four-day networking and learning convention for real estate associates that took place in Phoenix, Arizona from Saturday, February 15 through Wednesday, February 19.
Returning for their 11th year, Title Alliance raised $9052 for KW Cares, a 501(c)(3) public charity that supports Keller Williams associates and their families during emergencies and natural disasters. Title Alliance presented the charitable donation check to Mo Anderson, vice chairman of Keller Williams Realty, on Monday, February 17 at the convention center as she made rounds to the vendors on the Exhibit Hall Floor.
To raise the charitable funds for KW Cares, Title Alliance hosted a pre-Family Reunion contest where the company raffled off a $500 Marriott gift card . Jim Wetzel of the Keller Williams Greater Cleveland North East Office, which is affiliated with North Coast Title, LLC in Mentor, OH, was the lucky winner.
During the convention, the company also sold navy blue silicone bracelets with lime green writing that said “TA Cares for KW” on them at their booth and received donations from convention-goers. Bracelets can be purchased for any donation of $1 or above through any of Title Alliance’s KW affiliated offices or through the Title Alliance main headquarters.
During the convention, Title Alliance, together with its affiliates, hosted a “Puttin on the Ritz” and Roaring 1920/s themed cocktail reception where partners and prospects provided additional donations to KWs Cares. The exclusive, invite-only event included roulette and craps tables, a photo booth and live music by the Upper East Town Big Band. The event was held at the exquisite Palomar Hotel Phoenix Cityscape inside of their Ballroom and also on the rooftop Pool Deck and LUSTRE Bar overlooking downtown Phoenix.
“It is wonderful to give back to the heart of Keller Williams through KW Cares,” said Lindsay Smith, Marketing Director for Title Alliance and coordinator of all of the charitable giving events and cocktail reception at the convention . “The culture of the company is captivating and we have truly enjoyed working with the 18 Keller Williams entities to help expand their businesses. And we know there is more growth to come for those companies and more. We can’t wait for Orlando next year!”
Title Alliance has been working with Keller Williams since 2004, and the affiliations have profited over $12.2 Million over the 10 years together. Title Alliance currently services 32 Market Centers, 3351 agents and employs 60 team members in the Keller Williams affiliated entities.
