The privately held company has a 40-year history of designing and manufacturing electrical and mechanical cable assemblies for the transportation, recreational product, medical and industrial markets.

Prior to joining Cable Manufacturing & Assembly, Mr. Pappano held various leadership positions with aerospace manufacturing companies, including B/E Aerospace Inc., Hexcel Corp. and most recently TransDigm Group Inc., following the acquisition of Aero Instruments Co., where Pappano served as President. As president of Cable Manufacturing & Assembly, Mr. Pappano assumes responsibility for day-to-day management of the company and execution of its growth strategy.
