6 Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Appointed to Editorial Advisory Boards

Six shareholders at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP have been appointed to Law360’s 2014 Editorial Advisory Boards in various areas of legal practice. Shareholders Susan L. Heller, Bradley Marsh, Scott Martin, Nelson F. Migdal, Clifford E. Neimeth and Andrew T. White are among the practitioners who will help shape and build the legal news wire’s editorial content during 2014. Marsh, Migdal, Neimeth and White have been named to the advisory board for the first time. Heller and Martin each join for the third time.

Heller, chair of Greenberg Traurig’s global Trademarks/Brand Management Practice and resident in the firm’s Los Angeles office, joins Law360’s Intellectual Property Editorial Advisory Board for the third time. She is consistently recognized as having one of the preeminent trademark practices in the country.

Martin, an antitrust litigator in the firm’s New York office, joins the Law360 Competition Editorial Advisory Board for the third time. He focuses his practice in the areas of antitrust and complex commercial litigation. Martin has been instrumental in the defense of many antitrust class actions and civil and criminal international cartel cases.

Marsh, a shareholder in the San Francisco office and a member of the Greenberg Traurig Tax Practice, joins the Law360 Tax Editorial Advisory Board. He focuses on state and local tax controversy matters. He is also Chair of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of California and an adjunct professor of law in Golden Gate University’s Tax LLM program.

Migdal is co-chair of the Hospitality Practice and joins the Law360 Hospitality Editorial Advisory Board. He focuses his practice on hotel acquisitions and dispositions, hotel operations, development and finance, hotel management, franchising, licensing and branding.

Neimeth is appointed to the Law360 Mergers & Acquisitions Editorial Advisory Board and is a senior M&A shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, advising public companies, boards, controlling stockholders, private equity sponsors, hedge funds and other deal principals in complex strategic and financial mergers, acquisitions, business combinations, tender offers, takeovers, takeover defense and election contests, and with respect to corporate governance and fiduciary duty litigation matters. He practices out of the firm’s Phoenix and New York offices and is a frequent author and keynote speaker and panelist at national business conferences and legal seminars. Neimeth also was reappointed to serve on the Editorial Advisory Board of M&A DealLawyers.com.

White, a shareholder in the Chicago office, is appointed to the Law360 Real Estate Editorial Advisory Board. He is involved in the representations of public and private REITs, national developers, hedge funds, and other investment funds in connection with all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions.
