London (PRWEB UK) 2 March 2014

The skills of the corsetiere have been making women the alluring stars of their show for over a century. And recently the biggest stars have had their corsets and garments made by Belinda, through London’s couture fashion houses.

Belinda now has an established bridal-wear brand of her own: “Beyond Burlesque”.

Her new capsule collection combines the skills of a corsetiere with couture and a re-freshingly new take on bridal-wear design.

At the heart of each garment is a finely crafted bespoke corset upon which the finest silks, feathers and tulle are draped and sculpted. The designs are bold and striking and a departure from the traditional, floral extravaganzas that smother the brides.

Not surprisingly her styles appeal to a savvier bride, one who appreciates design and the couture development and fitting journey. Therefore, Beyond Burlesque’s brides tend come from the world of fashion, design and media.

If you want to be the star of your show and dazzle your guests on the day, you can visit Belinda and try on her samples at Olympia between 21- 23 Feb at the "National Wedding Show", or at the "A Most Curious Wedding Fair" on 4th- 5th April, at the Hackney Downs Studios.

“I visited so many bridal-wear shops in a desperate search for something different, I was so relieved when I found Belinda. She helped me to think differently and together we created something special an unique for me.” Niki, fashion editor.
