Georgia Based Senior Home Developers Join to Plan New Senior Living Project in Gwinnett County
Atlanta (PRWEB) February 25, 2014 -- Aspire Development Partners and Solomon Development Services has announced plans to build a new assisted living facility near the Hamilton Mill community in Dacula, Ga. The site, located on Braselton Highway, will feature 80 units of assisted living and memory care residences. The community is expected to start construction this summer and open in early 2015.
The location offers convenient access to major highways, shopping, retail, healthcare and other services important to senior residents. Trinity Lifestyles Management, LLC, a Solomon affiliate, will manage the community under the Dogwood Forest brand.
Trinity currently manages seven Dogwood Forest communities in the Atlanta market emphasizing personalized customer service, life enrichment, wellness programs including rehabilitation, adult day care and unique inspired living environments through Trinity affiliate Abbey Hall Interior Design, LLC.
The Hamilton Mill assisted living community will include the next generation of technology and will be built to the highest life safety standards. The community will boast two bistros, fine dining, a wellness center, gardens, a personal training fitness center, concierge services, a library, and special events rooms all in a healing environment which includes music, aromatherapy, color therapy and specialized wellness protocols for healing and thriving.
