Dispersive Technologies Inc., as Part of the Serco Team, Awarded Position on $4.1 Billion U.S. Army Communications Multiple Award IDIQ Contract
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) February 27, 2014 -- Dispersive Technologies Inc., as part of the Serco team, will participate in the award of a new multiple award ID/IQ contract to provide global communication systems for the U.S. Army. Serco was selected as one of 12 companies to compete for tasks on the Communications and Transmission Systems (CTS) contract. The Serco team will provide design, procurement, installation and testing services in support of delivering global, mission-critical communication systems. The team will utilize its experience in the areas of engineering, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and lifecycle management services to provide more secure, operationally reliable, and sustainable network communications solutions for the United States’ expeditionary Warfighters. Dispersive Technologies intends to provide secure network communications utilizing its Virtual Dispersive Networking (VDN) with Spread Spectrum IP®, in support of the overall team effort. The contract vehicle has an overall ceiling value of $4.1 billion over a five year period.
