Launched in the first quarter of 2014, GLOBALINX’s Connex service was recently reviewed by TMCnet, who evaluated installation process, features, usability, voice quality, and video quality on a five-point scale. Connex features were given a 4.75 out of 5 score, while all other areas (installation, usability, voice quality and video quality) were given a perfect 5 out of 5 score.
Connex supports mobile phones, IP phones, PCs and laptops, providing a single user account across all devices. A few of the standout features include being able to shift a call from device to device regardless of it being a desktop or mobile phone.
