LTC Global Marketing (LTCGM), a leading national distributor of senior market insurance products, today announced the appointment of Diana Hayn to the position of Director of Talent Acquisitions, effective immediately.
In this new position, Diana Hayn will be responsible for handling the extra flow of candidates from the more efficient recruiting drive LTCGM has been using in its efforts to bring agents in to selling Long Term Care insurance. LTCGM has developed new techniques to recruit potential candidates at a much higher efficiency.
Diana began her long term care career nearly twenty years ago as a long term care specialist with GE Capital. She was then recruited as the Regional Sales Manager for New York State for Larson Long Term Care Group, out of Bothell, Washington and Long Term Preferred Care out of Benton, Tennessee.
In 2003 Diana was hired to be the Southeast Divisional Training Leader at Genworth until she became the Director of Training for LTC Global, Inc. from 2008 until 2013. She has spent the last seven months in the field as a Senior Long Term Care Specialist for Golden Care USA where all her sales were internet selling from direct mail affinity associations. Diana takes great personal pride that her LER was 212 and her placement rate was 84%.
