Boston, MA (PRWEB) March 04, 2014
Corporate event planning service Just Enjoy! has announced its help in organizing an employee appreciation event titled “A Night of Stars” for local Blue Hills Bank. The event took place on February 4th in Foxboro and included dinner, drinks, three impersonators, and a musical performance by Soul City Band.
Recognizing employees is a part of the Blue Hills culture. Blue Hills Bank has held multiple company-wide recognition events and exhibits appreciation through other benefits such as access to personal trainers, dietitians, and smoking cessation.
Blue Hills Bank has heard positive feedback from the event and considered it to be very successful for reinforcing the importance of employee recognition. Employees were able to enjoy the event while Just Enjoy! made sure details were planned and executed. Blue Hills Bank continues to prosper as it recently acquired Nantucket Bank and will be adding over 20 positions to their existing staff in the near future.
“On the night of the event, we were all able to enjoy the event rather than having to ensure the details were executed,” said Michelle Lee, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Blue Hills Bank.
Founder/Director of Just Enjoy! Jacob Carlson said, “Blue Hills demonstrated a strong appreciation of their employees with ‘A Night of Stars’. The event delivered team spirit, collegial fun outside of the office and a strong message that the company was willing to invest time and money in their staff. My team was proud to create such a memorable event.”
