All Clear Reported by Global Airport Parking Partner at Port Miami
Miami, FL (PRWEB) February 26, 2014 -- Port Miami was closed early in the morning after a hazardous substance that some reports identified as an old compass emitting radiation was found in bag Wednesday February 26. NBC Miami reported Customs and Border Protection agents found the compass “in a bag at Terminal B” according to Miami-Dade Fire and Rescue. Chris De Leone owner of Premier Cruise Parking, an exclusive partner of Global Airport Parking at Port Miami said, “They had blocked off the entrance and they weren't allowing anyone in or out, but no cruises have been cancelled they are only delayed. Passengers had been ordered back on to the ships until it is safe. Port officials just now gave the ‘All Clear’.”The Norwegian Pearl and Disney wonder are docked at Terminal B and may be delayed by the situation.
