New England Food Show 2014 Features New England’s Greatest Chefs
Portland, Maine (PRWEB) February 26, 2014 -- The New England Food Show, coming up March 16-18, 2014 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, MA, will feature four culinary demonstrations from top New England chefs, right on the exhibit floor. The trade show, which is the largest foodservice, restaurant and retail food trade show in New England, is sponsored primarily by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, and partners with other regional retail, specialty and hospitality groups.
New England’s Greatest Chefs demonstrations begin on Sunday, March 16 at 12:15pm with a demonstration presented by Chef Nicole Barreira of Great NH Restaurants (New Hampshire). Following Barreria on Sunday at 3:00pm is Chef Melissa Bouchard of DiMillos’s on the Water (Maine). On Monday, March 17 Chef Martin Lyons of XO Café (Rhode Island) will present his culinary demonstration at 12:45pm. On Tuesday, March 18, Chef Robert Barral of Café Provence (Vermont) will wrap up the New England’s Greatest Chefs presentations at 11:30am. Each chef was chosen by his or her state restaurant association to be represented at the New England Food Show.
