Taylor Morrison’s newest community, Audubon Grove in Springwoods Village, an 1,800-acre, mixed-use community 20 miles north of Houston, has opened a new model and is now open for sales.
Taylor Morrison will build a select 51 single-family homes in the community, with Audubon Grove nestled in the forest near the Springwoods Village Nature Preserve. The Springwoods Village community is directly connected through the nature preserve to the Spring Creek Greenway, Houston’s premier regional greenway system, providing access to 33 miles of trails, recreation and natural ecosystems.
Five floor plans are available at Audubon Grove, ranging from approximately 3,190 square feet to 5,473 square feet. Each home offers plenty of living space, with up to seven bedrooms and five baths available. Prices start in the mid $400,000s and every home Taylor Morrison builds within Springwoods Village will be LEED certified.
The Maplebrook is modeled at Springwoods Village and the two-story home offers plenty of room for homebuyers to stretch out. Approximately 5,149 square feet of living space is included in the Maplebrook, with five bedrooms and 3.5 baths complemented by a large family room, formal living room and dining room and the ability to add an optional sitting area onto the first-floor master bedroom.
Located 20 miles north of downtown Houston, Springwoods Village is home to the new ExxonMobil corporate campus and Southwestern Energy’s consolidated headquarters. Designed for sustainability, Springwoods Village will serve a population of up to 50,000 workers and residents while providing diverse housing options and amenities such as shopping, dining, schools, civic facilities and outdoor recreation.
“The concept is exciting for both Houston and for the state of Texas,” said Jim Ellison, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Houston division. “We’re proud to be associated with such a forward-thinking master planned community.”
