For the fourth year in a row, the master-planned community of Heritage in Wake Forest and Rolesville, NC, has been named one of the Top 50 Master-Planned Communities in the country. Ranked by net sales for 2013, Heritage is 43rd in the nation for new homes sales and the only North Carolina community to make the list.
John Burns Real Estate Consulting publishes the annual list of communities. In the 2013 findings, the firm reports “23,463 new home sales in the top 50 master-planned communities,” which is a 12 percent increase over last year.

In 2013 new home sales closed 16% over 2012 with a list to sale price ratio at 100 percent and closings 10 percent above projections.
