GBH Names Gail Prather as Managing Director of Tax
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) February 27, 2014 -- GBH CPAs, PC announced today that Gail Prather has been named Managing Director of Tax. Gail will lead the firm's domestic and international tax advisory services.

Gail has more than 25 years of public accounting experience in management, consulting, tax and auditing for businesses and non-profit organizations. She managed the day-to-day operations for Prather Kalman prior to the merger with GBH. Before co-founding Prather Kalman in 2007, Gail operated her own firm while concurrently serving as the accounting department chairman at Ivy Tech Community College in Indiana. An active industry participant, Gail is also a former commentator for CNN Radio News' Tax Tuesday Show. Gail is a member of the Executive Committee and the Women Driving Business Committee for the West Houston Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the board for the Children's Assessment Center and the CAC Foundation.
Gail graduated cum laude from the University of Indianapolis and is actively involved in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
