ShowMojo PHONE Rings Off to a Great Start, Adds Features

One of the most common uses of ShowMojo PHONE is as a "super" voicemail for leasing offices and agents. ShowMojo PHONE picks up when no one else can, then gives each caller the opportunity to schedule their own showing or just learn more about the company's current rentals.
Another popular use is as a first line of defense on a dedicated leasing line. ShowMojo PHONE answers straight away, encouraging each caller to schedule their own showing. But callers may also be given the option to speak to a live person.
In any case, the caller can be offered the traditional option to leave a voice message. These messages, and their text transcriptions, are immediately emailed to the appropriate leasing personnel.
ShowMojo has also already announced two new features for ShowMojo PHONE.
First, the product can automatically text callers who simply hang up without taking an action. Assuming the caller was looking for a real person and did not take the time to listen to the options available, ShowMojo PHONE sends a polite text message with a link for the caller to view all of the company's available rentals -- and to schedule one or more showings.
Second, ShowMojo PHONE has begun to track incoming calls all the way through the leasing process, so customers can have better visibility into their leasing funnel.
