Lighthouse Payment Services today announced the availability on online exception processing through its Clearingworks software. This now allows customers to choose the option to have their unprocessable items available on-line to review, decision and process online rather than mailed back to them. The standard in the lockbox industry is that anything that the customer chooses not to have processed through the lockbox service is mailed back as unprocessable. Now with this new service, customers have the option to view the unprocessable items and choose what they would like to be processed and what they need to be sent back.
