Henderson previously served as Senior Associate Attorney for the North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System and Associate Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Staten Island University Hospital, part of the North Shore – LIJ system. Henderson possesses more than 20 years of legal and management experience in health care and is licensed by the New York and New Jersey State Bar associations. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and the Richmond County Bar Association. She received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, Brooklyn, NY, and Bachelor’s Degree of Science from Wagner College, Staten Island, NY.
