SalesMethods, a premium Salesforce partner, which specialises in delivering software and services, to drive high performance sales in Salesforce.com, has appointed Michael Conner as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.
Michael brings a proven track record in sales, marketing and business leadership to SalesMethods, where he was previously Chief Product Officer. Michael takes over the reins from Steve Bale, himself an Oracle veteran who still sits on the management board and assumes the role of Chairman.
Michael spent his formative years with Xerox Corporation where he was schooled in sales, marketing and general management. He was heavily involved in driving strategic change through Quality and business transformation programmes. In recent years, Michael has operated at Board level in UK PLCs, driving change and growth on an international basis.
Tom Stilling has also been appointed as General Manager the Americas. In his past, Stilling has held senior sales and general management roles in early stage and start-up companies. Richard Gilder continues as EVP Sales, specifically taking on the responsibility to open up new business opportunities throughout the firm’s worldwide market.
