The great thing about this award is that it is completely independent and voted for entirely by employees. We wouldn’t have been able to achieve all that we have in the past few months without the dedication and commitment from our staff. We always try to reward effort and the fact that we’ve now been rewarded by our team is just incredible, so a big thank you to everyone.
We’re extremely proud to have been placed in the top third of the table, improving from our position in the top 50 last year. We will work even harder over the next twelve months to improve again on our ranking, helping us to continue to attract the best talent that the research and technical industries have to offer."
The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies To Work For award comes after yet another record breaking twelve months for eDigitalResearch. This is the fourth time the company has entered the Best Small Companies to Work For accreditation process, making it into the top 100 each time.
