New York Common Pantry Honors The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Michael Nachman, and The Buckley School As Partners in the Fight Against Hunger in New York City
New York, New York (PRWEB) March 03, 2014 -- New York Common Pantry presents The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. with its coveted Corporate Partner Award at the Food Pantry’s festive annual Fill The Bag Benefit, Tuesday, March 4th, 2014, 6 p.m. at the Loeb Boathouse Central Park in Manhattan.
The Corporate Partner Award will be presented to Deborah Krulewitch, Senior Vice President, Corporate Administration of The Estée Lauder Companies. Presenting the award will be Sara Moss, the Company’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel, who serves on New York Common Pantry’s Board of Directors.
The Fill The Bag Benefit Committee includes Lauren Bush Lauren of FEED, Merrill Stubbs, co-founder of Food52, and Aerin Lauder Zinterhofer. Also to be honored are The Buckley School with the Community Partner Award and New York Common Pantry trustee Michael Nachman with the Distinguished Partner Award.

New York Common Pantry provided food and other resources that address the underlying causes of hunger to over 38,000 low-income New Yorkers last year. The Estée Lauder Companies has long been a key partner of New York Common Pantry through financial support, the volunteership of executives and employees, and product donations for use in its programs.
An entrepreneur in the textile industry, Michael Nachman joined New York Common Pantry in 2003 as a volunteer, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2006. The Buckley School is an independent, K-9 school for boys located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City, whose students, families, faculty and staff have contributed service and support to NYCP.
New York Common Pantry's festive Fill The Bag Benefit has become a popular feature of New York City’s calendar of charity philanthropic events each March. This year's Benefit takes place Tuesday, March 4th, 2014, 6 p.m., at The Loeb Boathouse Central Park, East 72nd Street and Park Drive North, New York, NY 10021.
