The Vertical Connection Carpet One showroom was designed as a home center for clients to design their home from top to bottom. With the addition of custom cabinetry, homeowners will be able to choose carpet, flooring, window treatments, cabinetry and countertops all in one convenient location. As a MasterBrand Cabinets dealer, the showroom will include a full line of custom cabinets including Decora, Kemper and Kitchen Craft cabinetry.

The introduction of cabinetry and countertops is supported by the addition of a Kitchen Designer to The Vertical Connection Carpet One team. Jen Kline has over a decade of experience in all aspects of Design and Residential Remodeling. As the Kitchen Designer, Jen will use her expertise to guide customers through the cabinetry and countertop selection process. Jen, along with the rest of The Vertical Connection Carpet One team, will ensure each customer finds the perfect size, color, hardware and layout to create the beautiful and functional cabinetry needed in every room of the home.

Steven and Kathy Joss founded The Vertical Connection Carpet One from their home in Columbia, Maryland in 1977. They began by providing custom vertical blinds to local homeowners. Over 37years, Steven and Kathy expanded their business to serve as a "one stop shop" for flooring, and window treatment needs. From carpet to hardwood, blinds to shutters, The Vertical Connection Carpet One now serves Howard County and the surrounding areas from their 10,000 square foot design center.
