Jim Warren, CMO, FirstService Residential Realty, will head a discussion on the key question single-family real estate investors face - to outsource vital property management services or not - at FICON Events’ 2014 Single Family Investment Housing Forum (SFHIF) on March 4, 2014.

Along with a panel of seasoned real estate experts, Warren will address the challenges associated with single-family property management and asset preservation. The discussion will cover a variety of topics, such as construction supervision, property preservation and title curative work.

The Property and Asset Management - In-House or Outsource panel will also address:

  • Building and maintaining an in-house management division for rental homes on a regional or nationwide scale.
  • The benefits and challenges of outsourcing property and asset management versus retaining those operations in-house.
  • Insights and options on handling the on-going maintenance at rental properties.

“Single-family investors will find great insights during this engaging discussion aimed at answering their core concerns and questions on the best practices and advice on managing properties and assets,” said Warren.

As the leading provider of single family investor education and idea sharing, SFHIF focuses on all aspects of the single-family housing investment sector, including the buy-to-rent, building and land, and fix and flip strategies.
