The presentation will provide insights into the effect of project management’s contribution to strategy execution in organizations. It will reveal how strategic performance automation support effects the need for the highest level of successful project execution and its role in the successful outcome of the organization’s strategy scorecard. Participants will learn how strategic alignment can be gained throughout an organization, the role of stakeholders in determining strategy, how to monitor strategic scorecards at all organizational levels and the critical contribution to enterprise, departmental and client strategic scorecards.
Joe has 40 years of extensive experience in business structuring, strategy formulation/implementation including balanced scorecard use. Joe’s experiences include; profit and loss responsibilities, information technology (hardware and software), consulting, education, and publishing with the IBM Corporation. He also has worked with university senior management, instructed at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, graduated in the inaugural executive-in-residence program for technology start-ups at the Plug and Play Technology incubator in Sunnyvale, CA, and managed major client engagements as a senior consultant/instructor with the Balanced Scorecard Institute.
