LeadMaster Celebrates 16th Year in Business - Delivers Dozens of New Features for its Cloud-Based Sales and Marketing Automaton Platform

Roswell, GA (PRWEB) March 07, 2014 -- LeadMaster, a leading provider of All-In-One cloud computing solutions for Sales Lead Management, CRM, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing and Virtual Call Center Solutions is celebrating 16 years in business. Founded in 1998, LeadMaster was at the forefront of the cloud computing revolution. Early on, customers around the world saw the value of LeadMaster's cloud computing solution to help manage customer relationships, sales leads and marketing campaigns. LeadMaster continued to grow their customer base in 2013 thanks to their global network of value-added resellers, consultants and system integrators.

LeadMaster had a busy 2013 with a number of significant customer enhancements. One of the enhancements most requested by LeadMaster customers was the Smart Queue. The LeadMaster Smart Queue provides the ability to organize prospects and customer call records from different sources and automatically serve them up to the call team in prioritized order. Once a caller enters a pre-defined Smart Queue, the system intelligently determines which call records will have the highest priority (score) and begins to deliver them to the agent. For outbound calling teams, The Smart Queue is especially effective for improving call center and inside sales productivity. The LeadMaster Smart Queue:

** Reduces training time - simply enter the 'Smart Queue', click on the button and the most important lead appears
** Eliminates the need for manually scheduling callbacks when prospects aren't reached
** Combines call dispositions and workflows to automate business process
** Improves productivity - as soon as the current prospect is dispositioned the next prospect in the Smart Queue appears
** Is integrated with a variety of cloud dialing solutions providing cost effective click-to-call and power dialing

Another key enhancement was the new Lead-Xpress Portal. The latest enhancement to Lead-Xpress offers an affordable way for companies to provide reps access to their assigned leads and customer records. The portal includes a search feature allowing them to prioritize records that need to be updated. Company records and leads can easily be mass updated from a mobile phone, tablet or other devices. For managers, Lead-Xpress provides the ability to send leads and requests for updates directly from the LeadMaster system to the sales rep via LeadMaster’s built-in email function. The sales rep receives the email with a link to a user customizable form, which is securely linked to the CRM. When the rep updates the form, it updates the CRM. Leads and records can be updated in seconds. Best of all, there’s no need to purchase a full CRM license, saving customers thousands of dollars each year.

LeadMaster’s 16th year also included some key partnership solutions including Koala Cloud Call Center and the Bedrock Data solutions. The integration solutions provide advanced VOIP capabilities as well as connectors with other SaaS providers including Hubspot, Constant Contact and Recurly.

The Koala Cloud Call Center solution is a seamless integration between the CRM and the phone system. It can be configured for inbound, outbound or both. Each inbound user gets their own phone number or calls can be routed through the IVR (e.g. press 1 for sales, 2 for service etc). There are a wide variety of configuration options for inbound calls including: all ring, longest idle agent, round robin, top down, agent with least talk-time, agent with fewest calls, sequentially by agent order and random. Some of the standard features include detailed call reporting, screen pops, hot transfer, silent monitoring, whisper coaching, call recording and much more. One of the key differentiators of the Koala solution is a feature called PAM. The PAM feature allows users who are placing outbound calls to click a button and leave a pre-recorded message whenever connecting with voicemail or an answering machine. This allows users to move on to the next call while the pre-recorded message is playing.

The integration with Bedrock Data provides a comprehensive data synchronization for new and updated records between LeadMaster and the other platforms integrated with Bedrock Data. The list of integrated platforms includes: Hubspot, Slideshare, WebEx, GoToWebinar, Eventbrite, Moodle, Magento, Shopify & Recurly. Bedrock uses a simple point and click wizard to guide the user through the process of getting data to flow seamlessly between supported web apps. Bedrock works by first defining a 'mapping' of fields that are to be synchronized between systems. Next the user defines which system should take precedence in the event of a conflict. Then the user enters credentials to verify access to the systems and the setup is complete. Once the systems have been authenticated, clicking on the 'Activate' button starts the integration. From that point forward the synchronization happens automatically. Every 5 minutes any new records and any changes to existing records are synchronized between the authenticated systems.

LeadMaster also updated their Quick Actions. Quick Actions allow the user to create workflow actions behind each check-box. For example, you may want to simply add a note to the record that you tried to call your contact, got voice mail, left a message and scheduled a callback for tomorrow. Or you can create complex workflow all from a single Quick Action:

Update Lead Status – Contract Signed
Update Sales Stage – Sold-Won
Update Record Type – Customer
Record the contract signing date
Update the sales comments
Send email & text alert to management
Send a personalized ‘Thank You’ email to the customer
Start a post-sales Lead Nurturing campaign
Add a follow-up event on your calendar
Assign the record to the ‘Customer Support Team’ for post sales activities

Quick Actions were enhanced in other ways including the ability to assign weighted values. Quick Actions are a favorite with call centers, because they provide an easy way to measure productivity and replicate success.
