The club was officially launched in Silicon Valley/Bay Area in early February and will be available for women and junior sponsorships nationally by March 10, 2014 on the Business on the Edge website. The On the Edge Women In Business Club is a business & leadership training and networking support organization, a media resource hub, with a benefits and rewards structure that encourages constant steps toward reaching business, professional, and educational goals.
“The On the Edge Women in Business, led by Margaret Jackson is a CLUB that I am so excited and thankful to be a part of! The investment is small yet the support is real and the results are tangible. She picks up where other organizations leave off. In only a short time, I have already received marketing ideas to help our company grow, guidance to be aware of our company's business model and brand recognition, “how we are different” as well as setting goals and tracking growth. I have become aware of crowd-funding solutions to raise capital. We discussed more personal approaches to networking with other business owners and professionals that work, and in addition to all of those values - I have received exposure in Margaret’s newsletter as the business of the week, a 5 minute airtime opportunity on AM 1220 KDOW and a 20 minute presentation opportunity to teach other business owners about our company and how we can help other businesses.” (Club Professional Membership, Lisa Cortland, Executive Account Manager, Cortron Systems est. 1967)
