The program is designed to meet current needs being expressed by the community of senior level coaches and to bring forward the latest models, frameworks and Shadow Coaching® methodology in support of integration and evolution of graduate learning.
The Courses at UCEC are not based on offering a large volume of programs, these are meticulously designed and selected by senior level coaches for senior level coaches seeking master and doctorate level executive courses for re-certification requirements.
They are created in partnership with members, and present new methodologies regarding the challenges facing coaches in supporting their clients goals.
