With the ACEC’s ethics, mission and values at the root of all we do: “Rigorous credentialing, mutual support, and lifelong learning to drive business results©”, Donna Karlin, President of A Better Perspective, member of the Board of Advisors to ACEC and Advisor to the University of Continuing Executive Coaching Education is expanding her travels to many parts of the globe to teach her specialized and advanced field of Shadow Coaching®. The program is designed to meet current needs being expressed by the community of senior level coaches and to bring forward the latest models, frameworks and Shadow Coaching® methodology in support of integration and evolution of graduate learning.
The Courses at UCEC are not based on offering a large volume of programs, these are meticulously designed and selected by senior level coaches for senior level coaches seeking master and doctorate level executive courses for re-certification requirements.
They are created in partnership with members, and present new methodologies regarding the challenges facing coaches in supporting their clients goals.
"Are you giving clients what they think they can get or what they really want?" is a question you will hear Donna ask often.“In an increasingly complex world, many of the current practices of leadership do not equip people to deal with either their biggest risks or their deepest aspirations. Leaders currently have to deal with the intensification of systemic complexity from economic and political realities. They need to be able to respond adaptively to the depth, scope and pace of change, which create unprecedented challenging conditions. Donna is quoted as saying "One of her goals is to continue sharing models that will take coaches away from cookie cutter approaches and give clients what they truly need to evolve into their level of excellence.”
CB Bowman, CEO of ACEC said, "She is thrilled that ACEC's visibility and presence has increased. Its growing recognition as one of the industries emerging leaders in executive coaching excellence continues to raise the bar by supporting innovation in client issue resolution. What Donna Karlin’s Advanced Shadow Coaching methodology and training brings to the table supports this innovation and is just a taste of what members will be offering; just a taste of what’s to come through our university."
