The first in the series of Sabila Spa Wellness Week offerings will be held from March 23 through April 6, featuring classes focused on yoga and meditation, including sunset beachfront yoga. The classes will be taught by YogaFit-certified yoga instructor Michelle Rosenbloom of Oregon, who specializes in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a great workout for groups with mixed yoga abilities, and perfect for a vacation setting.
Rosenbloom is also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor certified through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She additionally holds a certification in Wellness Coaching through the Mayo Clinic and can lead group meditation, allowing travelers to connect the mind with the body.

Sabila Spa’s first Wellness Week packages include a three-night stay with a fourth night for free in a deluxe suite, an all-inclusive meal and drink plan, one full body massage and unlimited access to Sabila Spa´s guest instructor, in-house instructor and the Sabila Spa’s wet areas, all at a starting rate of $649 per person based on double occupancy. Travelers also have an option to purchase a seven-night stay in a deluxe suite, which includes an all-inclusive meal and drink plan, two full body massages at the Sabila Spa and unlimited access to daily fitness classes with Sabila Spa´s guest instructor and in-house instructor, as well as unlimited access to the Sabila Spa’s wet areas, at a starting rate of $1,179 per person, based on double occupancy.
Future Wellness Week packages are slated to focus on health, ecotourism, wellness talks, personal training, life coaching, and more.
The state-of-the-art Sabila Spa and Wellness Center, which is set against a tranquil view of the Sierra de la Giganta mountain range, has fully-equipped wet areas with a soothing sauna, relaxing spa tubs, cold water plunge and more. In addition to massages (available in luxurious treatment suites or beachfront facing the Sea of Cortez), other popular spa services include body wraps, facials, invigorating body scrubs, aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy specials and a full-service beauty salon.
