SVP, Product Development
A seasoned product management professional, George has 15+ years of experience in digital marketing product development for SaaS buy side and sell side ad serving platforms, as well as user experience design practices and technical services. Before joining LeadiD, George was Vice President of Product Management at PointRoll, where he oversaw the strategic vision and product development of key initiatives spanning ad delivery, distribution and measurement of interactive display ad formats, and had responsibility for evaluating market opportunities and driving new products and revenue streams. Prior to PointRoll, George spent six years in engineering and product management at 24/7 RealMedia, with responsibility for the company’s award winning OpenAdstream ad serving platform. Previously, George was 24/7 RealMedia’s Director, Product Engineering Integration, overseeing creation, management and enforcement of the systems development life.
Product Manager, Analytics & Insights
Kris joins LeadiD with over 10 years of experience in predictive analytics and business intelligence. Before LeadiD, Kris led an analytics team assigned to one of Merkle's most important strategic accounts, managing an analytics retainer worth over 1MM in annual revenue. Prior to Merkle, Kris was the Director of Analytics at 2U and Neustar Information Services (formerly Targusinfo). At 2U, Kris built the company's predictive analytics capability from the ground up and created optimal routing algorithms that resulted in significant sales productivity improvements, higher conversion rates and increased revenue potential. Prior to 2U, Kris was Director of Analytics as Targusinfo where he led a team of analysts focused on real-time scoring and segmentation solutions for clients in a broad range of industries including wireless telecom, education, insurance, mortgage, auto and consumer banking.
