Spencer Ogden Fuels Middle East Expansion with new Dubai HQ
(PRWEB UK) 4 March 2014 -- This week Spencer Ogden’s international expansion has reached the Middle East where a brand new superhub office has been launched.
The new space converts the existing office into a superhub and a home to Spencer Ogden’s specialist consultants, setting a new bar for corporate surroundings in the UAE.
The new office space has been designed by Bonita Spencer-Percival. The finished product incorporates both local and British design elements and encourages staff at all levels to interact and collaborate. The Spencer Ogden model when it comes to office environment is a unique one and every office is designed with a view to energize its employees.
The Dubai office is no exception. With panoramic views and souk meeting room as well as the trademark Astroturf flooring and round wooden tables. The office is located in Dubai's Media City, taking its place among leading local, regional and international businesses.
The office is headed by Jaimie Cork, who has been operating in Dubai since 2008 and has a seven year track record in the industry. Commenting on the expansion, Cork said, “This is an exciting opportunity for Spencer Ogden. Not only does Dubai provide the staging post for our expansion into the Middle East and Africa, but the region is showing such significant growth in the energy sector, which is already enabling us to work with some of the biggest and brightest companies in the region.”
Supporting the launch is the Spencer Ogden Graduate Academy, which teaches new recruits the key components needed to excel in recruitment. The Academy is a first in the energy recruitment sector and is a tried and tested part of Spencer Ogden’s growth strategy.
The primary focus of the Dubai office will be serving the oil and gas market, as well as servicing the power and renewable energy sectors and will further cement Spencer Ogden’s position as the energy recruitment company of choice.
