Amerigo Energy Announces Addition of Douglas Zorn to the Management Team, Focus on Nasdaq Listing

Mr. Zorn is a 35 year veteran of executive management and finance in the high-technology sector with broad-based experience navigating high-growth, venture-backed startups and large companies through international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and IPO s.

During his tenure at Rimini Street, sales backlog increased from several million to over $500 million. Mr. Zorn was instrument in raising the early capital for the company.
