Real Estate Investors Association Names REACT Course The Top New Real Estate Investors Course of 2013
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) March 05, 2014 -- The Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association chose Jon Iannotti’s REACT course to be the best course of 2013. This honor goes to the real estate investor course which the association’s directors chose as being the most comprehensive home study course in the market.
The Pittsburgh REIA club evaluated dozens of real estate investor courses across a variety of market niches. The club’s members evaluate courses in every segment of the real estate investor world. They looked at commercial real estate courses, lease option courses, note buying courses, private money courses, self-storage courses, rehabbing courses, courses on buying real estate, courses on selling real estate, property management courses, and every other title that anyone on the committee could locate. The list of course authors was a who’s who of the real estate guru world. Among the better known course creators were people like Ron LeGrand, Lou Brown, Robyn Thompson, Allen Cowgill, Dave Lindahl, Dr. Albert Lowry, Robert Kiosaki, as well as other nationally known real estate educators.
The course that floated to the top of the pile was a new course from a new educator. The REACT course from long time real estate mentor Jon Iannotti was his first creation of a home study product. The REACT course is priced below some of its better known competitors, but in this case lower price did not equate to lower quality. Evaluators found the REACT course to be the most comprehensive course on the market with detailed explanations of how to find motivated sellers, how to sell real estate, how to automate your real estate business, and much more.
Technically the REACT course was not released in time for the evaluation; however course creator Jon Iannotti previewed the course in person by giving the selection committee a special four hour preview. The actual video of the course was not recorded until after the preview for the Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association. The course was not officially available to the public until March 1 of this year.
The Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association works closely with the American Real Estate Investors Academy to evaluate home study products and speakers for prospective students. There is a wide variety of quality and subject matter in the real estate education market. Both real estate investor clubs work to act as a filter and promoter for quality investor education. The filter part comes in when evaluating sub-standard education products. The truth is that some of the so called “real estate guru’s” are nothing more than good salesmen peddling inferior products. These slick salesmen are purged from the clubs recommended course lists. Other more legitimate real estate educators are promoted by the real estate investor associations. The goal of this sorting process is to ensure that club members are only exposed to legitimate education products that bring value and enhance the investor’s career. The new REACT course is has set the standard for courses in the market.
