Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:
2 ½ - 3 lb. whole roasting chicken
4 tsp. *Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Lemon Pepper Scallops
1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Brush all sides of chicken with olive oil. Place chicken in shallow baking dish prepared with nonstick spray. Sprinkle 4 tsp. *Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Lemon Pepper Scallops onto chicken. Bake at 375° until thoroughly cooked. When done, the juices will run clear and the chicken will be white with no sign of pink.
Grilled Cajun Wings
*Use Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Cajun Seafood for this recipe.
Ingredients:
2 ½ lbs. fresh chicken wings (1st and 2nd wing sections)
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. *Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Cajun Seafood (add more or less depending on taste)
Parchment paper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine flour and *Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Cajun Seafood completely. Toss wings in mixture until completely coated, shaking off excess coating. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet. Place wings on parchment paper. Bake in oven turning once for 40-45 minutes. Discard any remaining coating. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place wings on grill and continue cooking for 10 minutes, turning once.
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
