The Landings St. Lucia to Be Featured On ABC’s Hit Romance Reality Series The Bachelor
Miami, Florida (PRWEB) March 04, 2014 -- The Landings St. Lucia, a luxury, five-star, beachfront resort and spa on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, will be featured in the final episode of ABC’s The Bachelor. The episode will feature The Landings property as the newest Bachelor, Juan Pablo Galavis, comes one step closer to potentially completing his family. The episode is scheduled to air Monday, March 10, 2014, at 8/7c on ABC. The Landings St. Lucia was chosen by producers of the show based on its beautiful beaches, luxurious accommodations and romantic setting.
“It is such a thrill for us in St. Lucia, and particularly at The Landings, to welcome back The Bachelor because it gives us the chance to showcase our beautiful island to the world through this hit TV show,” stated Lyle Pauls, General Manager of The Landings. “We believe there is no more romantic place to fall in love than The Landings St.Lucia and we hope the Bachelor found his soul mate while staying at our resort.”
When Juan Pablo Galavis, a former professional soccer player from Venezuela, stepped out of the limo last season to meet Bachelorette Desiree Hartsock, he also stepped into the hearts of female fans across the country, women who were taken with his sincerity, easy-going charm and good looks. The dashing single dad, very devoted to his young daughter, Camila, was ready to find love. Despite failing to win Desiree’s heart, Juan Pablo became one of the most talked-about men of the season; now, he is back with his own chance to find the love of his life and a wife — as well as a stepmother to his daughter — from among 27 beautiful bachelorettes.
Inspired by the show’s famous rose ceremony, The Landings St. Lucia created the "Red Rose Celebration" package which includes a red rose bouquet upon arrival at the airport, luxury airport transfers, a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with a plunge pool, champagne and rose petal turndown service, three-course beachfront dinner, a couples massage at the resort’s Soleil Spa, a sunset cruise, a photo shoot and $500 credit for a return trip. This five-night package is perfect for couples who are celebrating an anniversary, a honeymoon or just looking to reconnect and restart their romance. It starts at $222 per person per night, with breakfast, taxes and service charges included.
The hit romance reality series, The Bachelor is known for the exotic and stunning locations and resorts featured in the show each season. This is the second time St. Lucia has been selected as a destination for the show and it is the only time a destination has been re-visited for the TV series. St. Lucia is featured in the final two episodes, including the season finale which is airing on March 10th at 8/7c on ABC (the other episode aired this past week on February 25th).
