Diane has deep rooted experience in developing and executing global research programs for clients that focused on brand and communication, innovation and product development, and voice of the customer initiatives. Her extensive research and client relationship skills will be an asset as she partners with clients to build communities that will deliver valuable insights for driving growth in their business.
Bob Ferro joins Passenger from SSI, a leader in full service data collection where he was the Vice President of Global Business Development and from Dapresy, a leader in technology for dashboards and online data visualization. Bob began his career at Apple and has extensive experience in the market research industry. He will be helping Passenger develop the reseller channel with agencies that want to use the Passenger platform to build communities for their clients.
