Zenovia announced today its acquisition of Brandscreen, the first and leading demand side platform (DSP) in the Asia-Pacific region. Brandscreen enables brands and leading agencies to buy display and mobile advertising using real-time bidding (RTB) across numerous exchanges.
The acquisition will give buyers direct access to Zenovia’s first-to-market guaranteed in-view global marketplace and anti-fraud filtering, scheduled for launch mid-April of 2014.
Brandscreen and Zenovia technologies will be integrated to leverage Zenovia’s recently upgraded infrastructure. The combination will provide even faster transactions, lower discrepancy rates, and better impression-level intelligence for buyers.
