Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) March 05, 2014 -- On February 19, 2014, Google announced 24 cities, including 9 Metro Atlanta communities, were under consideration for its ultra-fast fiber Internet service. Those communities include Atlanta, Avondale Estates, Brookhaven, College Park, Decatur, East Point, Hapeville, Sandy Springs and Smyrna.
The informative graphic highlights several key of the ultra high-speed Internet service, including consumer savings, increased home values, improved access for local schools and libraries and, of course, some of the fastest consumer Internet connection speeds currently available in the United States.
“We want to share our excitement with the Atlanta community,” said Southern Web President Drew Barton, “and to show Google that there is a definite interest in bringing fiber Internet to our city.”
The infographic was a team project involving graphic artist Ron Griffel, content strategist Ryan Watkins and Southern Web’s Director of Internet Marketing Cullie Burris.
