As Metrostudy continues its nationwide expansion, Evans will serve as senior market analyst, working with builders, developers, investors, and other real estate professionals to evaluate their current land and lot positions and assist with future acquisition strategies. He will oversee consulting products ranging from regional housing market reports to site-specific feasibility analysis reports. A graduate of The University of Florida with a Masters degree in GIS and Real Estate, Evans will be based in Florida, covering Metrostudy’s Florida market.
