Contract with Electrolux Home Appliances

Electrolux selects ServiceOperations software to manage third party contractor network and selects ServiceStats for real time business intelligence

ServicePower a market leader in field management, announces today that Electrolux has launched ServicePower’s ServiceOperations, ServiceStats and ServiceScheduling software in order to provide additional field management capabilities.

This multi-year year contract is expected to deliver significant revenues. Electrolux will use ServiceOperations to manage its North American third party contractor network and ServiceStats software to provide workflow enhancing intelligence.

Electrolux is one of the global leaders in appliance products, selling more than 40 million products to customers in 150 countries annually. It has used ServicePower’s ServiceMarket software since January 2013 and by adding ServiceOperations, ServiceStats and ServiceScheduling capabilities, the manufacturer builds out its field management platform and in doing so, enhances the flexibility, responsiveness, effectiveness and productivity of its field management service.
