Newport Beach, California (PRWEB) March 07, 2014 -- Dr. Michael Sundine has once again been selected as a Physician of Excellence in Plastic Surgery by the Orange County Medical Association (OCMA).

The Physicians of Excellence are featured in the January issue of Orange Coast Magazine. The OCMA holds an annual event wherein they select physicians who excel in their field. To be eligible for consideration for the honor physicians must be board certified in their specialty, must be in good standing with the Medical Board of California, have been in practice in in Orange County for at least five years, and have their primary practice in Orange County. Additional criteria that are used by the OCMA to select Physicians of Excellence include: outstanding leadership, humanitarian services, mentoring, and teaching qualities. Dr. Sundine, who performs facelift procedures in Newport Beach, Orange County, and Beverly Hills, has been named as the Physician of Excellence for the past eight years by the organization.

The categories for which Newport Beach Plastic Surgeon Dr. Sundine was nominated include: face lift, cosmetic surgery, and pediatric plastic surgery. This is a continued pattern of excellence in plastic surgery. Dr. Sundine is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that provides wide range of services and he specializes in all areas of facial aesthetics. With his expertise in the field and extensive background in craniofacial surgery (which includes cleft lip and palate repair), Dr. Sundine performs complex facial reconstructive operations.
