"Housing Helpers is honored to be recognized for this award, it is a result of the countless contributions of our entire organization, from our relocation specialists to our managers, quality control and support teams. Colorado has been very good to us and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this community. Our mission has always been to maintain a relentless focus on providing extraordinary personal service for our customers, and it’s gratifying to see the long term results of that focus," said Housing Helpers President Stephanie Iannone.
Over the last year, Housing Helpers has continued to provide corporate relocation services for many Colorado based companies and also partnered with Colorado state and local city governments to provide temporary housing for the victims of the historic 2013 Colorado floods. Housing Helpers relocation office in Boulder acted as an impromptu disaster relief center for flood victims to locate short term and long term housing. Housing Helpers offered its services free of charge to property owners that were able to make their homes available for rent to flood victims.
“The floods of 2013 were catastrophic for thousands of Colorado residents. Providing temporary housing assistance during and after the floods was an opportunity for us to help our community under the most dire circumstances, and we were uniquely positioned to offer some relief in a time that they needed it the most. At the same time our employees were dealing with their own losses from the floods, it was a very difficult but proud time for our company,” said Iannone.
In business for 27 years, this is the fifth consecutive year Housing Helpers has been recognized on the prestigious list, and the first time ranking within the top 50 companies on list. The ranking is based on year end revenue growth and recognizes Colorado's Top Performing Companies.
