Once the customer has signed their lease, they go back to the website and fill out an online rebate claim form that is found at http://www.txapartmentlocators.com/tx-apartment-rebate.cfm. Once the form is filed out, MainStreet Apartment Locators will follow up with the apartment community to collect the company’s referral commission, which the company is entitled to, since they are a licensed real estate company in Texas. Once MainStreet Apartment Locators is paid, the company cuts the customer listed on the lease their rebate check the next day!
The terms and conditions attached to the rebate program are straight forward with the biggest thing being that it is critical that the customer list MainStreet Apartment Locators as the company providing the referral to the community on the guest card and rental application, when first visiting the community.
