The Head of Security of the company will be also delivering a highly topical presentation on non-traditional security methods in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Amongst the consortium’s recently notable activities was the handover of a school to the residents of Mangestau Region in Kazakhstan within the framework of their Venture’s Social and Infrastructure Projects. Community engagement challenges, and how security executives can overcome them, will be the topic of a panel discussion at the Central Asian and Caspian Oil & Gas Security Forum. The senior level event will also hold discussions on other challenges that the industry is dealing with in the region, such as theft prevention (which results every year in significant supply losses), pipeline and infrastructure protection, maritime security, cyber security and counter-terrorism.
